You can find jeep tours at both the South Rim and West Rim of the Canyon. While the South Rim is more Scenic, the tours drive mostly through the national forest, so you see very little of the canyon along the way. Some companies also do trips down diamond creek road, which is the only road to the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon. On the West Rim there are Hummer and Jeep Tours that go partially into the canyon, run by the Hualapai Indian Tribe.
The Grand Canyon is not know for its jeep tours, but if you're into it this can be a fun option for something different. You can also head down to Sedona, AZ which is know for jeep tours, and has everything under the sun for you to choose from to enjoy the areas beautiful redrock formations.
